The Schedule That Made Me a Multi-Six Figure CEO
What started as a wedding-planning survival tactic became the blueprint that helped me grow a six-figure business—without burning out.
Let me take you back to 2021.
I was running two businesses, planning a 100K wedding, traveling between Atlanta and South Florida every other week, onboarding new clients, managing a team… and somehow still managing to show up and serve my community without fully losing my mind.
But it wasn’t by chance.
It was because of one time strategy that changed everything:
The CEO Schedule.
I learned about it during a $10K VIP Day I booked with an operations specialist. I hired her to help me systemize my design agency (The Hustle Baby Agency—iykyk 💻🎨), but what I didn’t expect was for her to come for my time, too.
Sis politely let me know:
“You’re spending most of your time on things that don’t move the needle. Not CEO-level tasks.”
Whew.
At the time, I didn’t even call myself a CEO yet—I just called myself a business owner.
But that session shifted something. I realized if I wanted to run a profitable company and have space for real life, I needed to restructure my entire week. Strategically. Intentionally. Like a CEO.
She showed me the concept—and I ran with it.
Added my own flavor. Named my days. Stacked my work. Protected my priorities.
And what came out of it was a full-on CEO Schedule that helped me…
✅ Pay off my Jaguar
✅ Travel constantly between states for wedding planning
✅ Afford and plan a luxury wedding for 250+ guests
✅ Hit multi-six figures while managing clients, content, and a 300-member community
All in the same 12-month span.
Here’s how to create your own CEO Schedule:
This is the same system I taught recently inside one of my live sessions—and now I want to give it to you:
But first, a quick prerequisite:
🎯 Identify your non-negotiables.
Before you theme a single day or block a single hour, you need to know what can’t be moved. These are the fixed commitments in your life—like your 9–5, your kid’s school drop-off, that weekly therapy session, or Bible study night.
Block those out first.
If you’re a visual thinker, grab a sheet of paper (or a digital planner), create a column for each day of the week, and shade in those time slots. You’ll immediately start to see where your creative time and CEO time can actually live.
Now we get into the good stuff:
1. Identify your needle-movers
What are the tasks that generate revenue, build visibility, or require YOU as the visionary? That’s your CEO Zone of Genius.
2. Group those tasks by type
Think: content creation, meetings, product development, admin, etc.
3. Assign themes to your days
Ex: Money Mondays, Team Tuesdays, Wedding Wednesdays (yep—mine was a real thing in 2021 😂). You can even schedule “Catch-All Fridays” for cleanup.
4. Time block within those themes
Don’t just name your days. Protect them. Set focused blocks to execute on what matters.
5. Add boundaries that reflect your role
Not every message needs your immediate attention. Not every task is your task.
This framework works whether you’re managing a full-time job, juggling kids, running multiple businesses, or all of the above. It’s not about perfection. It’s about prioritization—and protecting your energy so you can move like a real CEO.
Fast forward to now—it’s 2025 and I’m chasing my first seven-figure year.
And guess what lesson has been circling back to me heavy?
Time.
Before I step into my upgraded “Seven-Figure Time Strategy,” I wanted to come back here and give you what helped me get to this level first.
Because building a powerful brand and scaling it starts with this:
✨ How you manage your energy.
✨ How you protect your schedule.
✨ How you honor your role as the CEO.
And if you’re building a brand in 2025, you’re gonna need a system that keeps you focused and moving.
🚨 P.S.
If this hit… you need to be on the waitlist for The Brand Accelerator.
It officially opens this month—and the first 20 people to join get a private invite to my CEO Brand Blueprint Call, where we’ll map out your brand upgrades, visibility plays, and content system together.
